      Creativity and sustainability behind prime ingredients


      At Fradis Minoris, in the south of Sardinia, the Head Chef uses seafood, herbs, seaweed and vegetables with intelligence and skill, all produce is local to our kitchen. Fradis Minoris is, in fact, immersed in a very unique natural context: the lagoon of Nora, a “blue farm” that supplies the restaurant with its precious products. Here the natural river waters meet with the salty ones from the sea forming a natural ecosystem home to different fishes, birds, seaweed and herbs growing with amazing flavours. Whoever would like to know more can find, next to the restaurant, the Learning Center for environmental education.
